Last.fm Playlist Widget

I’m experimenting with the last.fm playlist player widget. I’m not convinced this is useful at all, and the code to create it is a disaster, so maybe this is just something to put up over on the Ambient Music Blog MySpace profile and forget about.
In order to get the thing to have any value whatsoever, I had to choose tracks from my charts that offer full track plays, rather than 30 second previews. Unfortunately, for obvious rights issues reasons, not many of the tracks I listen to often are licensed for full streaming. Luckily, some of my favorite artists have a few tracks available for full streaming, including Loscil and Wes Willenbring.
